• falling asleep: 5/10 had to work for it
• quality: 5/10 i think i woke up once, maybe twice
• wakeup: very tired
• dreams: yes
• stomach: 4/10 it fuckin hurts today. feels like a black hold. might be because i didnt eat dinner/had acidic snacks. stomach continued to hurt after eating basic food.
